• Orders may be placed by mail, telephone, or fax. Include all information requested on our order form.
• We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards. 
  For reasons of security, don't send credit card information by e-mail!
• Orders may be prepaid by check or money order.  Sorry, no COD.
• For major corporations and institutions that have arranged credit approval with us, we will ship on open account, Net 30 days.
• We generally ship by UPS and will try to accommodate any special requirements.
